About the event
If you’ve got a passion for dachshunds, you need to make your way to the Narabri Show on the 4th of May for our first ever Dachshund Dash.
A bunch of scurrying sausage dogs will take cente stage in the race that paw-ses the nation.
Come 12:30 we will settle in for some serious wiener action, just try and make sure you keep up with those little legs during the races.
This year we will be running a number of events, a puppy race for all the mini sausages under 6mth, a para-weiner dash for those special snags who are elderly or face a disability and of course our main event hosting 3 sizzling heats and a the GF Dachshund Dash.
The Dapper Dachshund will be a highlight of the day to allow those with a passion for fashion to strut their stuff and claim the fashion on the field title for the best male and female.
Want to bring your sausage dog along to the race? Registration will cost you $5 with all registration proceeds going to Dachshund Rescue Australia
Be prepared to experience true dachshund heaven.
